5.  High precision Chinese AU3TECH(machine with RAYCUS)/USA IIVI(machine with IPG) laser head with red light collimator:any position can help the operator to calibrate the laser cutting head on the plate.Untouched following system (stable Z axis automatic tracking system):can automatically adjust the best focal length to ensure the best cutting effect of the whole board,and avoid the material scrap caused by the focal length change As the cutting head is equipped with non contact sensing device,it can realize the stable Z axis floating function, directly eliminates the influence of the board's uneven quality.

6.1 Yaxis movement using patent technology of the left side single screw nut drive,gantry mounted on the triangle bracket,using the  triangle stability principle guarantee machine synchronous. Solve the double  screw  transmissions’gantry distorted and out of sync, and the tremor after screw longer.

6.2 Taiwan HIWIN square linear guide,TBI ball screw,batch cutting error precision control within 0.1mm,dust removal device.
